A Nettyweb craft weekend set at the foot of the Moelwyn mountains, in Tanygrisiau, Blaenau Ffestiniog!
Come alone, with a friend or a group – we don’t mind!
We are limiting each weekend to just 10 guests, so that there is plenty of space to craft and spread out!
There are 6 guest bedrooms at
Bryn Elltyd Guest house,
1 single, 3 twin & 2 double rooms.
Bring a friend and share a room for more of a laugh!
All food is included for the weekend – evening meal on Friday, 3 meals on Saturday and 2 on Sunday.
Vegetarian meals can be done – let us know in advance if you are a vegetarian so we can get things in for you!

The idea for the weekend is to learn from each other! It’s not a teaching weekend with someone teaching from the front.
We all have our skills and crafts that we are good at, and we can share these with each other, and ideas and chat and have fun as we craft! Even a complete beginner will have ideas that other people can learn from.
Each person will get a great craft pack at the start of the weekend, with roughly the same things in them as everyone else, and then there will be inks, embossing powders, stamps, and other things for everyone to share, and lots of tools to be used by everyone.
The goody bags are yours to keep and take home, but sadly not the tools or other things!
There will be some session themes over the weekend, like Christmas cards, scrapbooking, decoupage, brag books. But the rest of the time it’s for you to share ideas and use your imagination!
If you have your own tools, please feel free to bring them, but please label them well. We cannot be responsible for your own equipment.
Do bring photos with you on the weekend, and anything else you want to!
Depending on the weather and demand, an optional guided mountain walk may happen, so bring some good shoes if you are interested!
Oh, I forgot to mention the Sauna! It will be on for a few hours on Saturday evening!!!
If someone wants to come with you but is not a crafter, this is fine! There are many things to do in the area, including the steam railway that runs past the garden, and the slate mines, and the walking in the area!
Please let us know you want a non-crafting place and we can sort this out for you at a lower rate without craft supplies.

- Deposits are by cheque only, and should be sent to Nettyweb by one month before the date you wish to book.
- Your cheque will only be deposited once we have confirmed we have
enough people to run a weekend.
Dates are subject to change if we do not get enough people to run a weekend. - If you cannot make an alternative date, then a full refund of your deposit will be given.
- Deposits are non-refundable for any other reason, once a weekend has been confirmed.
- Single occupancy of a room will add more cost to your weekend. Please ask if you want your own room
- Meals are included but no Alcohol. You may bring your own, but the guesthouse is not licensed.
- No Dogs for craft weekends, except guide dogs.
